Legal Framework 2026

Terms of
Service.

Defining the structural boundaries and professional obligations governing the use of the NoCode Scalability Hub resources.

Structural Audit

These terms represent the "Slab Architecture" of our legal relationship. Before utilizing our frameworks or technical roadmap revisions, you must accept these standards to ensure project stability.

01 Contractual Acceptance

By accessing uquevypq.xyz or engaging with our educational resources, including the Scalability Roadmap or Tool Analysis, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing this Hub on behalf of a Seattle-based startup or any corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these conditions.

These terms operate as a master agreement for all high-growth founders and developers utilizing our stress-testing simulations and decoupled architecture blueprints.

02 Intellectual Property & Licensing

All content on NoCode Scalability Hub—including the "Slab Architecture" methodology, database schema blueprints, and API integration frameworks—is the exclusive property of NoCode Scalability Hub.

  • Educational resources are granted under a single-user license for internal development only, not for resale or redistribution.
  • Frameworks provided are architectural suggestions and do not constitute a transfer of underlying platform ownership.
